阿聯(lián)酋貿(mào)易自由區(qū) 

阿聯(lián)酋包括阿布扎比、迪拜、沙迦、阿基曼、烏姆蓋萬(wàn)、哈伊馬角和富查伊拉7個(gè)酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)。除阿布扎比酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)外，其余6個(gè)酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)都設(shè)有各自的自由區(qū)。阿布扎比酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)只設(shè)有工業(yè)區(qū)，沒(méi)有設(shè)自由區(qū)。目前在阿聯(lián)酋共有14個(gè)比較活躍的貿(mào)易自由區(qū)。其中，迪拜酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)有8個(gè)自由區(qū)，沙迦酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)有兩個(gè)自由區(qū)，其它4個(gè)酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)各有1個(gè)自由區(qū)。

設(shè)立貿(mào)易自由區(qū)的主要目的是為了實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)多元化戰(zhàn)略，促進(jìn)本國(guó)出口，增強(qiáng)對(duì)外開(kāi)放度。

一、自由區(qū)向投資者提供如下優(yōu)惠鼓勵(lì)措施：

1、外資可100%獨(dú)資，不受阿聯(lián)酋公司法中規(guī)定的外資49%，內(nèi)資51%條款的限制。

2、外國(guó)公司享受15年免除所得稅，期滿(mǎn)后可再延長(zhǎng)15年的免稅期。

3、資本和利潤(rùn)可自由匯出，不受任何限制。

4、無(wú)個(gè)人所得稅。

5、進(jìn)口完全免稅。

6、貨幣可自由兌換，不受限制。

7、無(wú)繁瑣的官僚辦事程序。

8、注冊(cè)手續(xù)簡(jiǎn)便，不會(huì)產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題。

9、自由區(qū)內(nèi)有現(xiàn)代化的高效通訊設(shè)施。

10、有較好的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

11、能源供應(yīng)充足。

12、優(yōu)美可人的工作環(huán)鏡。

二、各酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)自由區(qū)如下：

(一)迪拜酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)

到目前為止，迪拜酋長(zhǎng)國(guó)共有8個(gè)較活躍的自由區(qū)：
