Magic Software (Thailand) Corp., Ltd. (MST) is a leading software

company in Thailand. We provide software technology, support and

services - in the area of business integration, business intelligence and

software development - to both public and private enterprises. Our

aim is to improve the efficiency, productivity & manageability of your

organization, helping you to create new possibilities for doing business

in today’s global competitive arena.

MST was established in 1996 as a joint venture between Magic

Software Enterprises, Israel and Betagro Group, Thailand, to distribute

MAGIC soft-ware development technology in Thailand. Meanwhile

Magic Technology has become well-known and accepted amongst

professional software developers in Thailand. MST has established a

large customer base ranging from government organizations, financial

and banking institutes to business enterprises. At present more than

400 organizations are using Magic Technology, holding more than 1,000

development and 15,000 deployment licenses.

MST works closely together with around 30 Magic Solutions Partners; local software houses that either use Magic as a development

tool for their applications or that provide specialized services around

Magic.

In May 2001, MST was the first software company in Thailand to

be ISO 9001 certified. The company employs 25 full time employees

and is 100% Thai owned, with more than 60% of its shares held by

its employees.

MST also indirectly holds 50% of the shares of Global Web

(Thailand) Co., Ltd. (www.globalweb.co.th), a Magic Solutions Partner

focusing on Magic migration services, offshore development and ERP

solutions for Seed Industries and Hospital Kitchens. GlobalWeb’s

customer base consists of companies such as Adecco, UPS, Kluwer,

East West Seed and others.

Founded in Bangkok in 1992, McEvily & Collins has grown to

Multi Education Co.,ltd was established in 1997 to import Education Toy from Sega Toy Japan. In the beginning we only target

to children age 3 – 10 years. We distribute the product through

Direct Marketing, Department store, Kindergarten and more than

150 retail agents nationwide.

In year 2000,we imported more Education Toy and Book from

England, Israel Hong Kong and USA.

In year 2002, we expand product lines to 4 main categories,
