項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介：該公司根據(jù)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外辣椒紅素產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)需求和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平，與印度最大的香精香料生產(chǎn)商新賽德公司合作，聯(lián)合新疆石河子大學(xué)和紅安生物工程技術(shù)中心組成技術(shù)研發(fā)小組，針對(duì)新疆辣椒原料的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)辣椒紅色素生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵工藝技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究創(chuàng)新，在辣椒紅色素萃取、去除膠質(zhì)物方面取得了實(shí)質(zhì)性的突破。

1.在現(xiàn)有辣椒紅色素加工傳統(tǒng)單一溶劑萃取的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，研究采用復(fù)合溶劑萃取新技術(shù)，從辣椒顆粒中萃取色素，色價(jià)得率可達(dá)95%以上，縮短浸出時(shí)間30%（加工12噸辣椒顆粒，單溶劑萃取需要5小時(shí)，復(fù)合溶劑萃取只需要3.5小時(shí)以內(nèi)，可以達(dá)到同樣的效果，傳統(tǒng)單溶劑萃取5小時(shí)后殘余色價(jià)是0.4以上，復(fù)合溶劑萃取3.5小時(shí)殘余色價(jià)是0.4以下），進(jìn)而降低物耗50%（加工每噸顆粒，溶劑消耗由原來(lái)的30kg降至15kg）、能耗20%（加工每噸顆粒，煤耗由180kg降至150kg；電耗由135度降至110度），并實(shí)現(xiàn)提高產(chǎn)品得率3%以上。

2.在溶劑法去除果糖、果膠、蠟質(zhì)等傳統(tǒng)工藝基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)相似相溶原理，研究開(kāi)發(fā)水化脫膠、去糖的新工藝。在辣椒紅色素萃取過(guò)程中部分果糖、果膠類物質(zhì)被一并提取出來(lái)，雖然這些物質(zhì)并不影響辣椒紅色素的性質(zhì)，但會(huì)導(dǎo)致其外觀粘稠、流動(dòng)性差，最終影響市場(chǎng)售賣(mài)和使用效率。采用新工藝加工，可以有效去除紅辣素中的果糖、果膠、蠟質(zhì)等物質(zhì)，改善紅色素品質(zhì)，不溶物由20%以上降至2%一下，沉降物由25%降至2%以下；產(chǎn)品色澤明亮、流動(dòng)性好、無(wú)肉眼可見(jiàn)雜質(zhì)。

1．項(xiàng)目建成了國(guó)產(chǎn)化荔枝原汁和荔枝濃縮汁生產(chǎn)線1條，實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)械化去皮去核連續(xù)生產(chǎn)，平均處理荔枝原料能力達(dá)到10t/h以上。
